Vinum The Scrapper Cabernet Franc

Deep inky purple in the glass with a nose of blackberries, oak and smoke, and plum. Palate is slightly dry and on the bolder side. Notes of stewed cherries in baking spices, a hint of earthiness, hints of pepper and a silky coffee and chocolate finish. This wine is the perfect pair for a nice meal; Steak, Veal, Antipasti, or Spaghetti.
