Valenciso Rioja “10 Anos Despues”

Deep ruby color with a violet core, the nose has intoxicating concentration and aromaticity, bringing a mix of ripe fruit and dried fruit, with black cherry, dried fig, blackberry and dried cranberry, alongside thyme, sage, cinnamon, clove and a leathery/beef jerky note. The palate is rich and intense, with a notable dried cherry/fig note alongside tobacco and cedar, with balanced acidity, tannins that are evolve in glass from powerful to slightly more gentle, with a finish of considerable length and complexity.
