Trimbach Pinot Gris

Pale gold in color with a subtle nose of green apple and pear. There is a bit of honey and lime laced into the taste. Bon appétit because this wine is begging to be paired with fine cuisine. The medium crisp acidity on this wine would compliment shellfish, poultry or paella.
