A big and beautiful full bodied Petite Sirah with fabulous tannic structure. Lots of blueberry and blackberry flavor. Nuanced cocoa and slight tobacco to the mid palate. Notes of dutch chocolate and vanilla complimented by molasses and warm spice. This bottle will pair well with most main courses.
