The terrain rouge refers to the red clay soil that these vines grow in, however the wine in this bottle is in fact white. This wine is full of green apple and feels substantial without being too heavy. A hint of cream and butterscotch round out the mid palate and with just the right amount of acidity on the finish to keep it fresh.
