Fratelli Revello Barolo Gattera

Complex and elegant. The nose is full of berry fruits, wild cherry, and rose. Tastes of strawberry, cherry, and red currant with a hint of black pepper and hazelnuts. Medium bodied with silky yet firm tannins. Harmonious and lovely now but could be saved for the next two to ten years. Pairs well with seasoned cheeses, ribs, and other red meats.
