Made with 100% Chardonnay and fermented in stainless steel with organic Citra, Amarillo, and Mosiac hops. This unique California sparkling wine is hazy gold in color and has a yeasty, lager type nose. Light and fizzy on the tongue and very effervescent! The palate is explosive with flavors of pear, green apple, grapefruit and lemon. Yeasty on the bold finish.
